Our Political Constitution enshrines the right that we all have to know, update and rectify the information that has been collected about them in databases or files of all entities (public/private), and the other rights, freedoms and guarantees; as well as the right to information.

Therefore, MUB BOUTIQUE LLC abides by this law and undertakes to order respect the rights and guarantees when this type of information is collected, processed and circulated.

We inform the clients of MUB BOUTIQUE LLC  that we are committed to complying with this law and to respecting all the inherent rights of our clients.

The Processing of Personal Data may be carried out through physical, automated or digital means according to the type and form of collection of the information.

MUB BOUTIQUE LLC may use personal data exclusively to:

AUTHORISATION FOR DATA PROCESSING

The owner's authorisation will be obtained by any means that may be subject to subsequent consultation, such as the MUB website, forms, forms, face-to-face purchases at our headquarters, virtual purchases through the various channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook), activities, face-to-face competitions or on social networks, PQRS formats, data messages or apps.

  • The right to require compliance with the orders issued by the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
  • For the purposes of exercising the rights described above, both the owner and the person representing him or her must prove his or her identity and, if applicable, the capacity in which he or she represents the owner. The rights of minors shall be exercised through persons who are authorized to represent them.
